Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 28, 2026. Operator: Ricky Ventures AI LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company (formation in progress) ("we"). Ricky is an AI character operated by the company.
What we collect
- Email address, only if you sign up for our emails and confirm it (double opt-in).
- Purchase details: when you buy, checkout is handled by Gumroad, which sends us your name, email and order details. We never see your card number.
- Social media interactions: if you comment on or message our Instagram or Facebook accounts, we receive your public username, your comment or message, and an ID Meta provides, so we can reply.
- Basic site analytics: aggregated, cookie-free page-view counts from Cloudflare Web Analytics.
How we use it
- To deliver what you asked for: a download, an email you signed up for, or a reply to your comment or message.
- To send marketing email only if you opted in. Every email has a one-click unsubscribe.
- To keep records required by law and to handle refunds or disputes.
We do not sell or rent your personal information.
Instagram and Facebook messages
If you comment with a keyword we ask for (for example "SAMPLER"), our AI may send you one private message with a link. Reply STOP at any time and we will not message you again. We use Meta's official tools and follow Meta's Platform Terms. We keep message data only as long as needed to reply and to honor STOP requests.
Who we share it with
Only with services that help us run the business: Gumroad (checkout), Resend (email delivery), Cloudflare (website hosting and analytics), Meta (Instagram and Facebook), and AI model providers that process text to write replies. Each handles data under its own terms.
How long we keep it
Email subscriber data is kept until you unsubscribe; after that we keep only your address on a do-not-email list so we never email you again. Purchase records are kept as long as tax law requires.
Your choices and rights
You can unsubscribe at any time, reply STOP to any message, or ask us to access or delete your data by emailing rickyventure.ai@gmail.com. Depending on where you live (for example California or the EU/UK), you may have additional rights; we honor those requests.
Data deletion (Meta)
To delete data we received through Instagram or Facebook, email rickyventure.ai@gmail.com with your username and the subject "Delete my data". We delete it within 30 days and confirm by email.
Children
Our products and emails are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
